Our nervous system is a remarkable part of our bodies, and usually goes unnoticed or even ignored.
In this session we will start discovering the power of nervous system regulation through simple and yet profound techniques.
Through regaining our connection to the nervous system we can feel empowered in our everyday.
This session is for anybody that feels too sensitive and overwhelmed by stress.
The more we build/connect with ourselves with compassion and understanding, the more we are tolerant to harsh stimulus.
It brings us great pleasure to kick off this season’s live sessions with the knowledgeable Trevor Rocca.
Trevor Rocca found his calling is helping people finding their trauma and working on it with techniques like EMDR.
I began my career as a personal trainer, where I had the privilege of working with numerous clients facing self-esteem challenges. While I witnessed remarkable physical transformations, I soon realized that many struggled to achieve lasting changes in mood and outlook on life. This observation drove me to seek a more profound way to support my clients—one that encompassed both physical and emotional well-being.
After extensive training in various disciplines, including ICF coaching and trauma-specific qualifications, I discovered polyvagal theory, which explores the science of safety and connection. Understanding the role of our nervous system has transformed my approach to therapy, highlighting how it not only affects our lives but also influences our interactions with others. Today, I offer a unique model of therapy that prioritizes compassion, understanding, and safety as essential tools for processing trauma. I believe that through understanding, shame and self-blame can disappear; this is why I place enormous emphasis on learning and teaching the neurobiology of trauma. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and foster genuine, lasting change.
